Dealer Agreement

WHEN TO USE: This Dealer Agreement is similar to the Distribution Agreement. Similar to the latter, this agreement provides the Dealer with a license for distribution rather than a simple sales contract. The Dealer Agreement requires the dealer to provide value-added services such as a store-front or similar. Also telephone support or other services that benefit the end customer are considered. Furthermore, the Dealer Agreement establishes Eligibility Guidelines so that the dealer meets minimum requirements to be a viable dealer. The requirements are flexible and can be adjusted on a case by case basis. There is also an addendum for exclusivity, should the dealer wish to have market control in exchange for guaranteeing a minimum purchase of inventory. The Dealer Agreement also has a quota established to ensure monthly orders are met.
