End-User License Agreement

WHEN TO USE: The End-User License Agreement is intended to be used when end-users will agree to during a licensing transaction between a license agent and the end-user. The End-User License Agreement contains clauses that identifies the software company as the owner of the software, but that the agent is the primary relationship to the end-user. This agreement is similar to the "Shrink Wrap License", but the agreement is in effect immediately at purchase regardless of how or when it is installed. This agreement implies that the software will be installed on equipment provided by the agent, but it is not required. Also, unlike the "Non-Exclusive End-User License Agreements", the software can be copied for use on multiple machines of the end-user. Through this End-User License Agreement the end-user is allowed to develop additional programs that work in conjunction with the software program should the software include a development environment. The agent is designated as the sole point of contact for the customer. Through this End-User License Agreement, the agent is provided the authority to offer the end-user other products or services without any involvement from the software company.
