End-User License Ageement (Non-Exclusive for Object Code Only)

WHEN TO USE: This End-User License Agreement and its sister agreement provide end-users with the right to utilize the software program licensed. This agreement is for a fixed term and only for the object code. The other End-User License Agreement is a perpetual license which allows use of the object and the source code. This agreement implies full support from the software company as the source code is not provided to the end user. This End-User License Agreement is less formal in nature than its sister agreement as it expects the end-user to be rather dependent on the software company for support. This agreement and its sister agreement are intended for more sophisticated situations than what the "Shrink Wrap License" will be used for. The latter is targeted for Mass Market selling of software and this agreement is intended for software more tailored to a specific industry that could require alterations.
