End-User License Agreement (Non-Exclusive for Source and Object Code)

WHEN TO USE: This End-User License Agreement and its sister agreement (Object Code Only) provide end-users with the right to utilize the software program licensed. This is a perpetual license which allows use of the object and the source code. The other End-User License Agreement is for a fixed term and only for the object code. This agreement implies some support from the software company, but due to the fact the source code is provided, it is anticipated that the customer will maintain and develop the code on a considerable basis. This license is more formal in nature than its sister agreement as it expects the end-user to be rather sophisticated in its ability to support itself, and due to the fact the end-user will have access to the source code. This End-User License Agreement and its sister agreement are intended for more sophisticated situations than what the "Shrink Wrap License" will be used for. The latter is targeted for Mass Market selling of software and this agreement is intended for software more tailored to a specific industry that could require alterations.
