WHEN TO USE: This is a traditional Shrink-Wrap License Agreement where it is typically included in the packaging of a mass market software program. As in keeping with industry norms, the agreement viewed through the shrink-wrap plastic or on the container of the software media inside the packaging states that opening will constitute acceptance of the terms. This Shrink-Wrap License Agreement is for products that have mass appeal and does not anticipate significant post-sale modification, integration or similar activities. This Shrink-Wrap License Agreement is typically a one page form that, due to the simplicity of mass market software, properly restricts the licensee and defines limits on the obligations of the licensor.
